What's included in the free plan?
The free plan is a great way to explore Liteform and get a feel for how Liteform can help grow your business. It includes basic features with a limited number of responses per month. Once you've got a feel for the product, upgrading to more advanced features is just a few clicks!
Can I upgrade, downgrade or switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or switch between plans at any time. We've noticed our customers often upgrade as their businesses grow and the complexity of their use cases requires additional features. Liteform scales as you grow.
Do you offer discounts if I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes, for annual plans you will receive a discount. Depending on the plan you select, you could be saving up to 16% with an annual plan.
Is there a limit to the number of responses I can collect?
Each plan includes a set number of responses per month, with different limits depending on the plan selected. Need more? No problem. You can easily upgrade to collect even more responses.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
The changes will take effect at the end of the prepaid period. Your forms and previously collected responses will not be deleted after the paid plan expires. However, depending on your plan change, your forms may be closed to new responses and seat count reduced.
How secure is Liteform?
The security and integrity of your data are critically important for us, and we've built our services around this idea. Once your information enters Liteform's systems (located in AWS EU), it's secured with multiple levels of encryption and access controls.
