These terms govern your use of XForm, a service for creating, publishing and analyzing online forms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
XForm lets you create forms with AI assistance, publish them, collect responses and connect them to third-party tools. We continuously improve the service and may add, change or remove features, provided this does not materially degrade what you pay for.
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
The free plan is available without payment details. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Forms you create and responses you collect belong to you. You grant us the technical rights needed to host, process and display them, and nothing more.
You act as the data controller for the personal data of your respondents. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect it and for honoring respondents' rights. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the service to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, to distribute malware, to impersonate others, to run phishing forms, or to collect sensitive data without a proper legal basis. We may suspend or remove forms that violate these rules, and accounts in case of serious or repeated abuse.
The service, its design, its software and its templates remain our property. Templates are provided for use within the service: you may adapt them freely for your own forms, but you may not resell them as templates.
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. After termination we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
